In a journey through the historic landscapes of the Moldavian Hills, discover the Gramma winery and vineyard, located in the picturesque DOC Iași, on the viticultural plateau of Vișan. Just 8 km away from the cultural center of Romania, Iași, the Gramma winery offers an authentic and memorable experience. The term "Gramma," derived from ancient Greek, signifies more than just a mere letter or word—it embodies heartfelt conversations and the joy of sharing stories while savoring selected wines.

The urban vineyard, situated only 15 minutes from the center of Iași, stretches over an area of approximately 20 hectares, hosting renowned grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Busuioacă de Bohotin, Aligote, Fetească albă, Fetească regală, Fetească neagră, and Merlot. Here, alongside young vines planted according to modern standards, there are also 8 hectares of vines over 60 years old, with deep roots embedded in the soil, exploring various types of soil and nourishing themselves with salts and minerals, imparting the grapes with a complex composition and rich aromas.

The distinctive personality of Gramma wines lies in the perfect balance between nature, creativity, and technology. The meticulous winemaking process involves harvesting grapes in crates of up to 18 kg, thus avoiding the risk of oxidation, and then precise selection and pressing contribute to the exceptional quality of Gramma wines. With controlled fermentation and attention to every detail, Gramma wines blend the freshness of aromas, the complexity of taste, and the balance of alcohol into a harmonious glass of wine.
